Posisi:
1. Building Maintenance Section Head 
Job Descriptions:
  • Prepare and monitor routine maintenance schedules and repair maintenance according to SOP.
  • Prepare and review policies and SOPs in managing, controlling and improving building and facility maintenance activities.
  • Conduct evaluations of operational activities such as: Building Facilities Operation Service (BFOS), Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Corrective Maintenance (CrM), Unplanned Breakdown Maintenance (UpBM), and Engineering Works (EW) all buildings in the project unit to ensure compliance with specified quality standards.
  • Carry out technical audits of operational activities, energy audits and building assessments to identify problems with equipment and recommendations for necessary repairs.
  • Identify areas that require innovation and awareness of effectiveness and efficiency in operational and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct reviews and verification of technical work requests for repairs, maintenance and improvements to building utility equipment.
  • Prepare reports on the results of inspections, reviews and performance analysis and ensure appropriate design and implementation solutions to improve better performance.
  • Conduct analysis and evaluation of technical operational performance and implement benchmarking on each building unit consisting of: aspects of energy consumption (energy saving program), performance, cleanliness and safety.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electro Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in building maintenance / property management.
  • Computer literate (ability to operate Microsoft Office).
  • Supervisory skill & interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta (Southgate Apartment) or West Jakarta (Aerium Apartment).
2. Finance & Accounting Section Head
Job Descriptions:
  • Prepare various finance reports (budgets, financial statements, performance report, etc).
  • Manage and control Cash Flow and Budget (achievement to income and expense).
  • Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements to streamline finance process.
  • Assist the Finance Department Head in formulating and reviewing finance/accounting processes / policies throughout the company to ensure accounting and financial reports accurately reflect the conditions of the business and provide reliable information for control and management purposes.
  • Handle and monitor collection ratio.
  • Coordinate team for all finance, accounting and tax activities.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in property sector is required for this position.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Possess good leadership, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
  • Understand the regulations of accounting & tax.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.
3. Head of Event & Promotion
Job Descriptions:
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor sales and promotion activities to achieve product sales targets and create a positive brand image for potential customers.
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage end-to-end events according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
  • Maintain the company’s social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coming up with new and innovative ideas – both for events and promotion.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in visual communication design, marketing, media or related major.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with in the field of digital platforms especially in luxurious apartment.
  • Having a good leadership and interpersonal skill.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
4. Head of Sales Marketing
Job Descriptions:
  • Develop sales strategy which includes sales plan, process, payment system, reward/sales commission.
  • Coordinate and evaluate brand image enhancement activities carried out from media placements and exhibitions.
  • Create activities to maintain business relations with the mass media and related vendors.
  • Supervise and coordinate sales team.
  • Analyze sales & promotion report and achievement progress.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
  • Minimum 6 years of experiences as sales property or 2 years experiences in the same position.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of property industry.
  • Target oriented and attractive personality.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of promotional activities, marketing in the real estate business.
  • Sales oriented personality, good communication and have wide network.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta (Southgate/Aerium/The Elements).
5. Tenant Relation Section Head
Job Descriptions:
  • Receive, identify and follow up on tenant complaints by becoming a mediator with the manager in solving problems in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Provide suggestions to management regarding improvements to available facilities according to input from tenants and improvement of work systems related to tenant relations.
  • Analyze all administration reports on tenant/customer complaints and monitor the resolution of complaints according to the applicable SLA.
  • Implement building rules by conducting outreach to tenants and building security.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as Tenant Relations in high-rise building.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta (Southgate Apartment) or West Jakarta (Aerium Apartment).
