PT SMART Tbk berdiri tahun 1962, SMART tercatat sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak 1992 dan berkantor pusat di Jakarta adalah salah satu perusahaan publik produk konsumen berbasis kelapa sawit yang terintegrasi dan terkemuka di Indonesia yang berfokus pada produksi minyak sawit yang lestari. Aktivitas utama SMART dimulai dari pengelolaan 138 ribu hektar kebun kelapa sawit di Indonesia, termasuk lahan plasma; pemanenan dan pengolahan tandan buah segar menjadi minyak sawit (CPO) dan inti sawit (PK), hingga memprosesnya menjadi beragam produk industri dan konsumen seperti minyak goreng, margarin, shortening, biodiesel dan oleokimia, serta perdagangan produk berbasis kelapa sawit ke seluruh dunia. SMART juga mengoperasikan 16 pabrik kelapa sawit, 4 pabrik pengolahan inti sawit dan 4 pabrik rafinasi di Indonesia.

Selain minyak curah dan minyak industri, produk turunan SMART juga dipasarkan dengan berbagai merek, seperti Filma dan Kunci Mas. Saat ini, merek-merek tersebut diakui kualitasnya dan memiliki pangsa pasar yang signifikan di segmennya masing-masing di Indonesia. Sebagai anak perusahaan dari Golden Agri-Resources (GAR), SMART juga mengelola kegiatan usaha di sektor oleokimia, dibawah Sinar Mas Oleochemical, SMART Research Institute (SMARTRI), dan SMART Biotechnology Centre sebagai bagian dari kegiatan operasionalnya.

Posisi:

1. Basic Management Development Program (BMDP) Administration

• BASIC MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (BMDP) Administration aimed at developing future leaders in the palm oil sector, this management development programme will provide you with knowledge and skills in management and good agronomy practice. The 6-month programme will be conducted in our plantations ACROSS INDONESIA.

Qualifications :

• Maximum 26 years old when starting the program
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) / Diploma 4 majoring in Accounting
• Min GPA 2.85
• No work experience required to apply for this position
• Preferebly have organization experiance
• Willing to attend training for 6 months and service bond for 2 years
• Willing to be placed in all operational areas of PT Smart Tbk.

2. Finance – Basic Management Development Programme (BMDP)

• The Finance Management Trainee will be involved in general accounting and finance related activities including assistance in the preparation of financial statements. In addition, the Finance Management Trainee will have the opportunity to be involved in special projects.

Job Descriptions :

• The Finance Management Trainee will work closely with the commercial and production teams which will give insight and knowledge of the specific of the business. This will enable development not only as a finance person but also to become a good business partner.
• Main daily responsibilities will be devised out of areas covering financial and management accounting, commodity risk management, foreign currency risk management and treasury management and taxation.
• Work can revolve around preparation of position reports, monitoring of accounts receivables, foreign currency reports etc.
• The Finance Management Trainee will have the opportunity to work in several areas of finance while closely interacting with other functions of the business.
• As SAP is the finance system of choice for the business, the expectation is that this position will be involved in the SAP processes to achieve their finance related work.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, in Accounting from reputable Universities with min GPA 3,00.
• At least have a 1 year(s) experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Applicants must be willing to work in all operations units (Marunda, Medan, Dumai, Lampung, Surabaya, Tarjun).

3. Basic Management Development Program (BMDP) Engineering/MILL

• BASIC MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (BMDP) Engineering / Mill aimed at developing future leaders in the palm oil sector, this management development programme will provide you with knowledge and skills in management and good agronomy practice. The 6-month programme will be conducted in our plantations ACROSS INDONESIA.

Qualifications :

• Maximum 26 years old when starting the program
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) / Diploma 4 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering (TPHP or THP)
• Min GPA 2.85

• Willing to attend training for 6 months and service bond for 2 years
