Posisi:

1. Production Engineer

Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements :

• Diploma Degree of Geology Engineering
• Min. 1 (one) year experience in mining industry.
• Experience with drill/blast and dewatering activities an advantage
• Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications
• Good knowledge of best practices in Project Management.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail
• Well developed computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering and Reporting
• Fluent in English, bothand spoken and written is an advantage.

2. Mining Supervisor

Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering.
• Min. 4 year exp as mining foreman, or 3 years as mining supervisor
• Good communication and leadership skill.
• Familiar with mining software.
• Willing to be placed in all company location
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements
• Good Analytical skills and Problem Solving skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

3. Hauling Supervisor

Manage and operate the delivery truck performance and carry out routine daily maintenance on vehicles, involving conducting emergency roadside repairs, replacing light bulbs, and delivering items like sand, building materials, and other goods for clients or as a construction company, making sure that everything is in good working condition.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Any major.
• Min. 2-3 years experiences in related field.
• Good negotiation and approaching skill.
• Having good communication and cooperation skill, either to the personal, organization and community.
• Having good self-awareness to the current role.
• Familiar to handle external issues.
• Having strong leadership.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

4. Jetty Supervisor

Manage and ensure that all activities carried out in the terminal, and tanker jetty areas, are undertaken in a safe and environmentally correct manner, and to strive for zero accidents and near misses. Manage operations in compliance with our client’s Terminal Operating Policies and Procedures.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Any major.
• Min. 2-3 years experiences in related field.
• Good negotiation and approaching skill.
• Having good communication and cooperation skill, either to the personal, organization and community.
• Having good self-awareness to the current role.
• Familiar to handle external issues.
• Having strong leadership.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

5. Grade Control Supervisor

Monitors and supervises the excavation phase of a construction project, as well as ensureing the job completes on schedule and in accordance with the set specifications.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Metallurgy
• 2 years experience in Grade control metallurgy or appropriate is prefered
• Understand the concept of mining and good mining practice
• Able to work under pressure, physically and mentally healthy
• Willingness to be placed at project site
• Able to communicate well at all levels
• Have good leadership skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

6. Mining Engineer

Monitor, control and analyze operation data, processes, procedures and performance, using established continuous improvement techniques in order to identify, prioritize and implement opportunity for improvement in mining project.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
• Min 2 (two) years experience in mining industry
• Good communication and coordination skill
• Familiar with mine planning and scheduling software
• Good analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail
• Willing to work flexible hours to meet project requirements
• Willing to be placed in all company site offices
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

7. Mining Foreman

Provides first level of supervision over a several mining sections of the mining production resources at the mine projects to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements :

• High School Graduate of Engineering.
• Min 3 years as Mining Operator Lead Hand for High School graduate and 1 year as Mining Foreman for Mining Engineer graduate.
• Having a POP certificate is preferred.
• Have knowledge of mining operations and knowledge of SHE.
• Willing to be based on project sites.
• Good communication skill and work in team.
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirement.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

8. Hauling Foreman

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree of Any major.
• Min. 1 year experiences in the same field.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users at all levels of an organization.
• Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance and direction.
• Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required).
• Attention to Detail.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

9. Jetty Foreman
