Perusahaan ini mengelola lebih dari 3.500 hektar lahan di Lampung untuk menghasilkan berbagai buah berkualitas seperti Pisang Cavendish, Guava Crystal, Nanas Honi, dan Pepaya. Selain itu, PT Sewu Segar Nusantara juga bekerja sama dengan petani lokal dalam memproduksi Golden Melon dan Rock Melon di Jawa Barat, Jeruk Baby dan Jeruk Keprok di Jawa Timur, serta Jeruk Medan, Pisang Barangan, dan Jeruk Gerga di Sumatera. Posisi:

1. Command Center Analyst Associate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
• Ability to create clear and effective reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

2. Finance & Accounting West Java Lead

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Management/Accounting or any related fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Proven ability to process large amounts of numerical data.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel and accounting software ERP (E.g: AX, SAP, Oracle) will be point plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Establish and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain a well-organized electronic data and paper document system.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Available to be placed in : Branch PT Sewu Segar Nusantara, Bandung.

3. Key Account Manager Food Service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in any major.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as Key Account Manager, preferably on FMCG (dairy, coffee, HORECA) or related industries.
• Well-established connections with distributors, hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
• Deep understanding of market trends and sales reports.
• Excellent in negotiation skill and dealing.
• Good Communication, interpersonal skill, analytical and self driven.
• Having knowledge in account management (related trading term: trading promotion, store, activation, and capability negotiation).
• Adaptive & proactive in responding to industry trends.
• Available to be placed at Tangerang, Jakarta, and surrounding area

4. GT Specialist Manado SR. Associate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in all major.
• Minimum 2 years Sales experience, preferably on FMCG industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Willing to regularly visit the customer.
• Good Communication, interpersonal skill, analytical and self driven.
• Available to be placed in Manado area.

5. Finance Bali (Paid Internship)

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate in Accounting or any field (graduated or final year without taking any classes)
• Tech Savvy, especially in operating Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Available to join immediately.
• Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali.
