Posisi:
1. Recruitment Staff
Job Description :
- Developing and posting job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
- Conducting initial interviews and scheduling further interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintaining candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Coordinating interview schedules and candidate feedback sessions with hiring managers
- Handling employment offers and assisting with onboarding processes
- Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment or HR-related role preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling candidate information
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
2. Creative Designer
Job Description :
- Develop innovative concepts, graphics, and layouts for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Design digital assets, such as website banners, email templates, and social media graphics.
- Produce video animations, motion graphics, or visual effects for marketing content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in design.
- Suggest fresh ideas to keep designs innovative and relevant.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.
- Minimum a year of relevant experience, preferably with corporate branding & marketing activities.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Having basic knowledge of UI Design.
- Attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual design principles (layout, typography, and color theory).
- Willingness to adapt to feedback and work under tight deadlines and different project requirements.
3. Telemarketing
Job Description :
- Contact potential customers through telephone calls to introduce our products or services.
- Provide comprehensive information about our products or services to prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our database.
- Build good relationships with potential customers and address their inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
Qualifications :
- Minimum diploma or equivalent.
- Min. a year experience in telemarketing.
- High motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Work location : Jakarta Pusat.
4. Finance Staff
Job Description :
- Process payments, receipts, and other financial transactions accurately and on time
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for daily operations.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles (fresh graduates with internships are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in financial software (Oracle netsuite, Accurate) and Google Wokspace (especially Spreadsheet).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers and data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
5. Budgeting & Reporting Staff
Job Description :
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets to ensure adherence to financial goals.
- Collaborate with departments to gather necessary budget information.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify reasons for budget deviations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of long-term financial plans and forecasts.
- Provide support in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and ensure accuracy.
- Assist with audits and implement audit recommendations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate & Oracle Netsuite).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Sales Executive
Job Description :
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Updating pipeline.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in all majors.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong written and communication skills with experience in customer presentation.
- Able to communicate with all functions and levels within customer.
- Have driving license/SIM C & SIM A.
- Work location in Jakarta.
