Posisi:

1. UI/UX Designer

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design user-centered interfaces: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and testing: Gather insights from users to inform design decisions and validate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet business goals.
• Create design systems and guidelines: Establish and maintain a consistent design language across our products.

If you have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Information System, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Communication, Psychology, or Business.
• 2 – 5 years of experience as UIUX designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UIUX design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Passion for creating user-centered experiences.
• Prior experience in tech company will be advantageous
• Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation area in Indonesia

2. UX Researcher

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Plan and conduct user research studies: This includes interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, tree testing, A/B testing, and other methods.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings: Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve the user experience.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders: Work with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to advocate for user-centered design principles.
• Develop personas, user journeys, and other artifacts: Communicate research insights effectively and inform design decisions.

If you have:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Human Computer Interaction field, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering.
• 2 – 5 years of experience as UX researcher.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Proficiency in research tools and software such as Miro, Qualtrics, NVivo, Atlas.ti.
• Portfolio showcasing your UX research projects.
• Prior experience in tech company or research agency will be advantageous.
• Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation area in Indonesia.

3. Sales Operations

You will handle the following responsibilities:

• developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory. This will includes activities such as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating with our sales partner to maximize sales reach and effectiveness, and ensuring successful implementation of sales campaigns and programs
• analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. The role will use this data to develop and implement strategies for sales growth

If you have:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing Management, or Economics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and having prior experience as sales, especially area sales will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and Telkomsel’s products and services.

4. Machine Learning Engineer

Your key responsibilities will include:

• ML Model Development: Design and implement machine learning models, particularly for unstructured data such as images, text, and videos, as well as tabular datasets.
• Platform Monitoring: Ensure smooth operation of the AI/ML platform, monitoring service availability and reliability to maintain seamless performance.
• Data Pipelines & API Integration: Develop and manage ML model implementation through batch processing or API connections, integrating solutions with other systems.
• Business-Centric Design: Collaborate with business units to design machine learning solutions that cater to their requirements, from feature engineering to model deployment.

If you have:

• Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Have 2 – 5 years of experience in AI/ML development and platform management.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL programming
• Proficiency in API and Pyspark programming
• Knowledge in AI/ML algorithms
• Familiarity with AI/ML Cloud Services (AWS or GCP preferred), Microservices and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Knowledge with DevOps practices is preferred
• Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation area in Indonesia

5. Data Scientist

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design analytics framework: maintain the quality and execution of the analytics models for various product and use cases
• Perform exploratory data analysis on various data sources: collaborate with analytics team to advice on the usage of Telkomsel data asset to solve business problems
• Implement analytical or Machine Learning model to production: develop analytics or ML model such as regression, clustering, or classification

If you have:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or other quantitative fields
• 2 – 5 years of experience in Data Science or Analytics; such as Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence Analyst
• Excellent programming skill in Python and data query or manipulation skill using SQL
• Experience in using data visualization tools such as Tableau,and PowerBI
• Experience in using various database platforms such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Hive Bigquery, etc
• Knowledge in data framework in Python such as Kedro, Airflow, MLFlow, etc is a plus point
• Willingness to be posted across all Telkomsel’s operation area in Indonesia
