Posisi:

1. Operational Mining Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or related field (Master degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 3 – 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of mining software (e.g., Surpac, MineSched) and equipment technologies.
• Preferably certified in Mining Operational Supervisor (POU), Mining Software, HSE, Cost Analyst, Project Development.
• Proven leadership, decision making, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent knowledge of mining regulations and industry best practices.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

2. Production Supervisor

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Preferably certified in Mining Operational Supervisor (POM), HSE, Project Development, or relevant certified.
• Proficient in mining equipment operations and basic maintenance principles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is an advantage.

3. Production Foreman

Qualification:

• High School Diploma, Bachelor Degree, or technical training in mining or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mining operations or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with mining equipment and tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and basic mining regulations.
• Preferably certified in Mining Operational Supervisor (POP), HSE, Project Development, or relevant certified.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.

4. Mine Plan Supervisor

Qualification:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
• At least 3 years of work experience in Nickel Mining.
• Certified in POP, holds a SIM A, and is capable of operating an LV.
• Able to operate Mining Software (Surpac, ArcGIS, MineSched, AutoCAD, Global Mapper).
• Understand the nickel mining process, Cut & Fill projects, as well as fleet matching calculations and unit work efficiency.
• Willing to be placed in the Solomon Islands with a 20:4 roster system.
• Possessing good English skills, both written and spoken, is a plus.

5. Mine Control Center Foreman

Qualification:

• Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a control room environment, preferably within the mining industry.
• Proficiency in using centralized control systems (e.g., SCADA, Modular Mining, Fleet Management Systems, GPS, Dispatch Systems).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to improve operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in mining operations.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate across teams.

6. Pit Control Engineer

Qualification:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in mining operations, with a strong understanding of operational workflows.
• Certification in Mining Operational Supervision (POP) and mining software training is preferred.
• Proficiency in mining software and mapping tools, including knowledge of scheduling and material balancing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively and solve complex problems.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Willingness to work in field conditions and remote sites, adapting to challenging environments.

7. Geology GC Supervisor

Qualification:

• Minimum SMA/SMK or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Geological Engineering/Mining Geology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Certified in POP.
• Proficient in geospatial information software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Surpac, etc).
• Skilled in database software (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Visio, Corel Draw, etc).
• Strong communication skills.

8. GC Foreman

Qualification:

• Minimum SMA/SMK or Bachelors Degree in Mining Geology or Geological Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Certified in POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama).
• Proficient in geospatial information software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Surpac, etc).
• Skilled in database software (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint, Visio, CorelDraw, etc).
• Strong communication skills.

9. QA & QC Foreman

Qualification:

• Minimum SMA/SMK or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Geological Engineering or Mining Geology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Certified in POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama).
• Proficient in geospatial information software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Surpac, etc).
• Skilled in database software (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint, Visio, CorelDraw, etc).
• Strong communication skills.

10. Geologist Foreman

Qualification:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
• At least 1 year of work experience as an Exploration Geologist in nickel mining.
• Certified in POP and K3.
• Willing to be placed in the Solomon Islands with a 20:4 roster.
• Possessing good English skills, both written and spoken, is a plus.

11. Driller

Qualification:

• Pendidikan minimum: SMA/SMK.
• Berpengalaman dan mahir dalam mengoperasikan mesin bor Jacro/MD dengan pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di pertambangan Nikel.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Kepulauan Solomon dengan roster 20:4.
• Mahir dalam pemeliharaan dan perbaikan ringan mesin bor.

12. Preparation Foreman

Qualification:

• Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor\’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering for applicants with 1–2 years of experience.
• Minimum of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduates with more than 2 years of experience are also eligible.
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Candidate holds a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.

13. Laboratory Foreman

Qualification:

• Minimum of Bachelor\’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Mining Engineering.
• A minimum of one year of professional experience is required, preferably in laboratory operations or related fields.
• Possess certifications in POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) and PPR (Petugas Pengawas Radiasi) are highly preferred.

14. Laboratory Analyst

Qualification:

• Minimum of SMK (Vocational High School) graduates in Chemistry, D3 (Diploma) Chemistry, D3 (Diploma) Chemical Engineering, S1 (Bachelor\’s Degree) Chemistry, and S1 (Bachelor\’s Degree) Chemical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Selected candidates will work to fulfill the manpower needs of the Lab and Sample Preparation department for the Solomon Project, contributing to maintaining high-quality analytical standards and operational efficiency.

15. Environmental Foreman Monitoring

Qualification:

• Minimum of  Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the mining industry.
• Experience in managing environmental monitoring, preferably within the mining industry.
• Proficiency in mapping software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.).
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental standards in mining operations.
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

16. Paramedic

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor`s degree (S1) in Nursing or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in the mining industry or project locations.
• Must have an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik).
• Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Occupational Health (Hiperkes).
